UPDATE 29/01/2012: Cork West Civil Defence – Search Operation, Glandore, January 2012

Civil Defence Volunteers from Cork West, Cork South, Cork North, Cork City, Limerick City, Limerick County, Tipperary North and Kerry are continuing to assist search efforts in the Glandore area. A total of 61 Volunteers were on the ground on Saturday 28th January, engaged in shoreline searches, boat searches, transport provision, manning communications and GIS systems and coordinating the tasking of casual volunteers.
