Clare Search – Sixmilebridge

Clare Civil Defence was activated by An Garda Síochána on Wednesday morning, 5^th December to assist in the search for a 60 year-old lady who was reported missing on Sunday 2nd December.

Clare members, assisted by members form the Galway and Tipperary Units conducted a River Search in the environs of Sixmilebridge and the Drone Unit was also activated in the area.

The body of the missing lady was recovered by Civil Defence on the afternoon of Thursday 6th December 2018. May she rest in peace.
