Coome Hospital – Water Shortage

On Wednesday 28 January Dublin Civil Defence was activated to assist with a water supply issue at the Coome Hospital. The AFS Crew from the Nutgrove Unit responded, filling a 75,000 litre water tank.

Kilkee Search Operation

A huge interagency search operation was conducted on Saturday 29th November as part of the ongoing missing person search in the Kilkee area. Clare Search & Rescue, Mullaghmore

Clare Civil Defence was mobilised on Tuesday night, 21st October to assist in the search for two female hikers on Mullaghmore. The Clare Civil Defence drone team located the missing hikers within 20 minutes of arriving on the search scene and then guided the Fire Service to the location.
