Coastal Erosion & Flooding Survey

Kerry Civil Defence is currently working with volunteers from Cork South Civil Defence assisting Kerry County Council with the task of surveying for coastal erosion and flooding. The Civil Defence Drones are proving to be an extremely valuable asset in this project.

Patient Transfer, Donegal, Monday 8th May

Donegal Civil Defence ambulance personnel aided the National Ambulance Service on Monday 8th May by providing patient transfers from Arranmore Island to Brindley Manor Nursing Home, Convoy. Crew members, John McGeoghegan, Tiarnan Doherty and Paidin Doherty were thanked by the family of the patient and the NAS for the professionalism and care displayed.
