Severe Weather Efforts

Civil Defence Units across the country are ready to assist the Principal Response Agencies in dealing with the current severe weather. Volunteers have already been out today helping the HSE check on vulnerable adults and delivering meals on wheels.

 Civil Defence is not a 999 service. Requests for our assistance come from the Principal Response Agencies such as the Gardai, the HSE, the Fire Service and local authorities.
