UL Hosts Open Day for Schools

UL hosted an open day for schools as part of the ‘access’ scholarship scheme. As part of this day the Graduate Entry Medical School (GEMS) offered demonstrations of PreHospital Skills.

Clare Civil Defence, NAS paramedics and the Gardai demonstrated a Road Traffic Collision (RTC) scene and allowed the children to try out some simple safe equipment.
