Kerry Civil Defence Activities

Kerry Civil Defence are involved in one of their busiest weeks of the year. Puck Fair concludes today in Killorglin. Up to 15 volunteers have been on duty up to 4 am on the past two nights. They have dealt with a large number of minor injuries and also transported a number of patients to Kerry General Hospital.

The Rose of Tralee Festival starts on Friday. Civil Defence volunteers will be providing casualty cover over the weekend.

The All Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships takes place this weekend in Waterville. Again Kerry Civil Defence will be on duty at this important event.
