Meath Search Operation

The search for a missing man continued in the Walterstown area, south of Navan, Co Meath on Sunday 24th May. Unfortunately, the search concluded without success. The Meath Civil Defence boat crew was activated using side scan sonar and underwater camera equipment.
The search has been ongoing since early on Thursday morning, 21st May. Civil Defence search managers and volunteers have been active with ground searchers, Drone teams and K9 search teams. Colleagues from Dublin and Westmeath Civil Defence units have also assisted in the form of Drone and K9 search teams.
