Tipperary Civil Defence spent several days assisting the Gardaí with the search for a young man. The search, which concentrated on a rural area near the village of Templetuohy, concluded on Tuesday July 22nd with the recovery of the body.

Dublin Civil Defence was on duty at Tallaght Stadium on Wednesday 23rd July for the Champions League qualifier between St Patrick’s Athletic and Legia Warsaw. Two Fire Appliances, four Ambulances and 30 Volunteers utilised in provision of medical and fire cover.
