Missing Person Search, Rockchapel, Co Cork

Cork North & East Civil Defence was deployed on New Years Eve to assist in the search for a missing person in the Rockchapel area of Co Cork.
2025 commenced on a positive note with a positive conclusion to the search when the missing person was found safe and well on Wednesday 1st January.
A great displaying of selfless volunteering over the new year period.
Cork North & East Civil Defence were assisted by Clare Civil Defence with their Drone Team. Civil Defence volunteers worked alongside An Garda Síochána, Mallow Search and Rescue, and Irish Search Dogs.
