National Services Day 2019

On Saturday 7^th September the biggest gathering of services in the state took place in Dublin in the form of the National Services Day Parade 2019. Civil Defence participated, showcasing our top-of- the-range equipment and dedicated volunteer members.

The event and Civil Defence received some very welcome PR in the form of a feature on Friday night’s Late Late Show.

The National Services Day Parade commenced from the Garden of Remembrance at 12 noon with displays and exhibitions in Dublin Castle until 4.30pm.
