Severe Weather Relief Efforts (Snow and Low Temperatures) – January 2025

Civil Defence Units countrywide have been on standby for deployment since Saturday 4^th January 2025 in advance of forecast snowfall and low temperatures.

Deployments commenced on Sunday 5^th January. Volunteers have been activated across a total of 17 local authority areas
