Sligo Civil Defence Presentation Night
Sligo Civil Defence held their annual end of winter training night on Tuesday 23rd April attended by 60 volunteers from all Sligo training centres.

Guests on the night were Civil Defence College Principal, Róisín McGuire and Sligo Rovers player, Alan Keane together with the Airtricity Cup won by Sligo Rovers during the 2012 season.

On the night certificates in CFR, OFA First aid and Manual Handling were presented to the successful volunteers. Summer event coverage and training plans were reviewed. This was followed by light refreshments and a good night was had by all.
