Sligo – Search Operation

15 members of Sligo Civil Defence were deployed on Saturday 12^th and Sunday 13^th December to assist in the search for a man reported missing since Tuesday 8^th December. Searches were carried out in areas designated by An Garda Síochána, house-to-house enquiries were made in the housing estate close to the missing man’s residence and photos were distributed to Mass goers on Sunday.

5 volunteers resumed the search with Gardaí on Monday morning and the body of the missing man was recovered, R.I.P.
